Skin Care Product Turns Pain Into Pleasure

[Van pijn tot fijn]

From our lost in translation department. Word of advice, don't believe everything you hear.

Latex dreams by Thai domina mistress Nikki. [2] [3] Frieda Kahlo is in the back I think.

Life as a marketeer must be hard, especially if you're trying to sell stuff nobody wants. Take pain for instance, who buys pain? Doesn't everybody hate pain? Oops, maybe not the best example for a marketing challenge. How to sell a simple skin gel is much harder than it looks. At least in Holland.

Today I hear a commercial on the radio advertising the benefits of some kind of potion that immediately brings relief to damaged skin. What slave doesn't want to have his own stash of such a miracle cure? After all, the sooner your skin is ready for your next punishment, the better, right?

Clearly those in charge of radio advertising were thinking the same thing. The gel is promoted using the phrase: 'van pijn tot fijn'. Hard to translate without loosing exactly what it means but how about pain becomes pleasure? [1]

My bad, instead of wondgel, I read wondergel.

My bet, they'll take this add of the air within weeks for unwanted side effects. Still it's very funny. Slave's skin is broken and bloody after a serious beating and all he has to apply is this miracle cure which gives him immediate pain relief and turns it into pleasure. Never knew marketing was such a tough job. And that's before the femdom police is coming for them.

In case you're wondering about this miracle cure, it's called  Bepanthen wondgel and it's suited for the whole family.

[1] It reminds me of that old joke about 'pijn is fijn' [pain is good], something folks used to say when they're puzzled discovering someone is into BDSM. Just because it rhymes, doesn't make it true. Or useful.

[2]  In case you're wondering what does Thai domina mistress Nikki have to do with pain relieve gel, sold in the Netherlands. Blame it on Google. Apparently there is something that's called Thailand counter pain pain relief balm. Isn't blogging great? Especially when your bottom is not on fire?

[3] Today's masthead image of mistress Nikki is also proof on why it matters how you frame it. In case you're wondering what the little blue bird's not showing you, go to mistress Nikki's Twitter account and find out.
