I think the story originated from Canada, but I fail to see the logic. Medical science has a hard time understanding how the brain works even at it most basic level, yet a woman with a brain injury - or her lawyers - can perfectly argue how she is damaged goods and and has a limited ability to work and is unable to finish a degree.

In a messy article - weirdo sex aka kink makes for good click bait the New Statesman editor must have thought - Margaret Arvid fails to convince that liberating male sexuality will advance feminism. Apart from the rambling logic and generalizations what I dislike most about the article is how the author fails to see privilege exists in many forms. One of them apparently being a women's privilege to define how men see the world.

We Dutch on average eat two kilo's of the stuff each year. The delicacy has its own dedicated blogs. Liquorice is a unique Dutch confectionery. A while ago a few of us were having some fun and came up with a fictional story how Dutch liquorice came about.
