Latex - the Finest in Femine Fashion

rubber tree being tapped for latex
No you pervert, this tree is not being milked, it's a rubber tree being tapped for latex. Vegan, yes. Environmental friendly latex wardrobe? That's not today's topic.

As the world's 11th most rebellious slave it's my solemn duty to show the world the benefits of latex. Why? Because it makes you feel like a superwoman. It's also the kind of behavior mistress expects of me. To make the Dark Side a happier, brighter and more consensual evil place.

Rule number one - don't worry it's also the only rule - latex looks good on everyone. No need to go on a diet before you slip into something more breathtaking.

**
1. Greta Garbo is considered one of the greatest female stars of classic Hollywood cinema. Flesh and the Devil (1927), her third movie, made her an international star. She was also a natural leader who became interested in theatre at an early age. On why she never married: "I always wanted to be the boss."

Anna Foxxx is dressed in a latex Garbo blouse, designed by Syren Latex. It accentuates her sensuality while retaining her mystique at the same time. If that's not enough, look at the skirt she's wearing. (link)

Both in this image and in the ten that come next, always remember, it the woman that brings to life the outfit, never the other way around.

Anna Foxxx is dressed to kill or whatever she feel like.

2. As I write this I'm wearing a pair of Tardis-blue tennis shorts, a black t-shirt and a pair of sneakers. Apart from t-shirt and jeans, my wardrobe is filled with suits. Not much of a dedicated follower of fashion, but I love the designs of latex artist Sebastian Cauchos. All of 'em. Here's today's favourite. And yes, just like your favourite song depends on your mood, so does your favourite latex picture. Image found on the Instagram of Matrioska666.

For such a talented designer, Mr. Cauchos should do a much better job when it comes to the watermarks.

3.Madison Calley (@CalleySunshine) is a classically trained harpist, modeling an exquisite dress made by Syren Latex. It's called the ruffled boobie dress. The strawberries & champagne colours are amazing. Madison Calley also has her own clothing line, called the Royalty Collection. Found this image on the Twitter account of Latex Kitch.

There must be a connection between creativity and love of latex.

4. This lady modeling at the Yves Saint Laurent Ready-To-Wear Fall Winter 2020 Paris fashion show also caught my eye. Ready-to-wear is an industry term that makes little sense when it comes to latex. Just ask Kim Kardashian. [2]  Now Fashion has the entire show but Latex Kitsch the best image.

Why so gloom?

5. Bold, daring and perfect. Just stunning, this Atsuko Kudo monochrome latex outfit shown here at the Fall 2020 ready-to-wear Balmain fashion show. Or is it the woman wearing it who makes it stunning. What do you think OWK? [1] Found it twice on Latexkitsch.

The gloves are nice too.

6. American Singer Dawn Richard in a Venus Prototype outfit. Custom Olive Latex Oversized Blazer & Biker Shorts. Also here and here.

Personal choice, it ticks a box. No less awesome.

7. "Cleopatra (@alannigarnet) shines the catwalk of @lafashionweek in a bronze latex gown." Another gem by LA-based Venus Prototype.

Fits any goddess.

8. There probably is no bolder statement in fashion than the colour red. Now add a little latex for that extra umpf. Artist Miss Shalae wearing a red Syren Latex Madonna gown.

Wow starts with a W, so close your mouth before you say it. For the rest, same as above, fits any goddess.

9. Kenyan-Mexican actress Lupita Nyong'o is wearing a sleeveless Joy dress in light brown by Japanese latex fashion designer Atsuko Kudo. Magic. If anyone knows where I can watch Warrior Women With Lupita Nyong’o, please let me know.

Extra credits for writing a children's book, ma'am.

10 Young London designer Richard Quinn comes up with a valiant, even defiant combination of latex and fabric with floral patterns. The result is amazing. Love it. Image found on Latex Kitch.

Flowers are vegan too! Amazing (combo, that is.)

11. Beyonce looking like a Disney princess. The lavender latex tulip cup mini dress by Venus Prototype is very nice but also a bit predictable.

"Yay, my first [latex] Disney dress. I'm princess Anna lost in the desert. Yay."

Notes:

[1] Hey OWK, I hope you get my carefully curated, inspiring message.

[2] Watch Kim Kardashian putting on her latex outfit. For church. Humour, curves and latex, I'm starting to like her. (Click image to watch on Youtube.)

The real question is how do you get out of it? Kim Kim?
