Hold That Sucker Down

On euphoria and the similarities between the things you love.

Holding men down is hard work - and why bondage was invented.

Music was my first love and it will be my last. Of course it will. Doesn't make it my one [1] and only [1] twue love. And no, the answer to that isn't femdom either. It's like a certain wise man by the name of L. Kravitz once said: "Let Love Rule." Smart singer. The beauty of love is that it doesn't ask for permission. Nor do your preferences. Isn't life awesome? Yes and no. Not always.

The above image is merely here to illustrate the story but when I first saw it, my instant reaction was: 'hold that sucker down!' All the rest is history. Look at the lady on the left and you cannot help wonder: why make her sweat, you naughty boy? Holding men down is hard work - and the reason why bondage was invented. Best invention ever, if you ignore love for a moment.

Today is not about the visual arts, nor is it about the vocal ones. In case you didn't know, music and femdom share something special: they're both about intangible qualities. Music can induce that feeling of euphoria like nothing else can. Same goes for femdom. In both cases: to dream is to dance. But first: dare to dream. Every single time I hear the intro to the song 'Hold That Sucker Down' my body starts to tingle. Same thing with femdom. That is, of course, if you are on the receiving end. Dutch also doubles as a DJ. I'm used to people trying to beg-n-bribe me. Played this track so many times, often twice on one night. Second serving always closing time. Beg-n-bribe is also probably why the femdom police continues to deny me the title of supreme slave. Fair enough. All the more happy because of it.

'Hold That Sucker Down' was co-produced by Faithless' Rollo. Yes, that guy from the band. The one and only band that comes close to Enigma's MCMXC a.D, AKA femdom's 'official anthem.' How can 'our community' dance for decades on end to the sound of a single, mediocre, 30-year old album, you ask? Beats me. Dutch loves bondage, but I don't depend on it. Gags are slightly different, but that's for the illuminati. How does an entire community, priding itself on being independent and doing things differently, allows itself to be tied down by a single album. It is as if the earth has stopped rotating around the sun. Time for our final Youtube comment.
